“I met Dr. Jeff at a health seminar at work and talked about some chronic problems I’ve been experiencing for years, he seemed to be honestly interested in helping me.  For years, especially during the allergy seasons, I suffered from upper neck and shoulder tension that left my muscles in knots causing constant muscle tension headaches.  My regular M.D. kept telling me that one had nothing to do with the other and basically did nothing to alleviate the muscle tension or the headaches, instead only treating the allergies.  I also, thru the years of sports and manual labor, had persistant lower back pains.  Through the treatment plan this has been the first spring/early summer allergy season when I didn’t have a constant headache or upper back and shoulder tension.  My lower back hasn’t felt this good in years and I am now able to get more accomplished.  I no longer have to stop mid project or skip a day to give it rest.  Dr. Jeff also gave me a number of suggestions to help relieve these problems between and after treatments.  Because of the attention I’ve received here by the friendly staff, my life is a lot more active making my kids and grandson happy to have the “old man” back.  Without the physical problems I was experiencing affecting my life and family in a negative way, my life has been a lot less stressful.  Thank You!”

“Ah, the joys and challenges of snowy Wisconsin winters, especially winters with record-breaking snow and cold.  Although the snow is lovely, our busy schedules mean that there is work to do – shoveling sidewalks and driveways so children can get to school and adults can get to work and meetings.  As the snow shoveler in my family, this has been a never-ending choir this winter.  Although I enjoy being outside and appreciate the physical exercise, this year one wrong step as I was throwing a heavy shovel full of snow over my evergrowing snow banks, I pulled a muscle in my back.  By the time I realized it was not going to heal, my entire back was locked in excruciatingly painful muscle spasms.  I couldn’t think, or eat, or sleep.  Of course, by the time I realized I needed help, it was Saturday morning and none of my calls to providers led to people, only answering machines – until I discovered Krueger Family Chiropractic.  Drs. Jeff and Stephanie answered and were willing to see me within an hour.  They didn’t scoff at my tears.  Within the short time of my first visits, my tears were lessened by helpful, understandable information.  And, the pain was significantly reduced.  With ongoing treatment during the following week, I feel I am well on my way to recovery.  I can eat, sleep (at least when my neighbor doesn’t start his snowblower at 3:30am) and work.  I really never thought about chiropractic care as such an essential service.  Certainly my experience with Krueger Family Chiropractic has changed my perspective.  I am truly grateful for competent friendly care.”
